Dr. Nikolay V. Susha

Rector Nikolay V. Susha, Doctor of Economics, professoris the founder of the Minsk Institute of Management.
He was born on the 4th of February 1952. He graduated from Maryinogorsky state farm and technical school and got the qualification of a technician-mechanic. He also graduated from the Journalist Department of Minsk High party school and Belarusian State Economic University with the specialization of "Industry planning". He has a lot of experience in practical management of businesses and organizations of the Republic of Belarus.
From 1971 to 1989 he worked at several factories and managed both factories and state farms. From 1989 to 1991 Dr. Susha served as the president of the Union of Cooperative Workers of BSSR in Minsk. From 1991 till 1994 he was the chairman of Belarusian entrepreneurs' trade union 'Forum". Since 1994 Dr. Susha has been the Rector of the Minsk Institute of Management.
Dr. Susha participated in scientific and research programmes and international scientific conferences in Great Britain, USA, Republic of Korea, Japan, Belgium and many other countries.
He has published 73 scientific works, including 4 monographs on the following topics: "The informatization of organizational and economic management of non-state higher educational establishments at the current stage of higher educational development", "Managing higher educational establishments by the example of private higher educational establishments of the Republic of Belarus", "Financial management of a higher educational establishment", "The economic mechanism of managing the development of a higher educational establishment strategically" and an educational textbook "Fundamentals of Management", approved by the Ministry of Education. Dr. Susha is the editor in chief of a scientific journal "Economics and Management", "Legal Journal", "Innovational educational technologies" as well as a scientific journal "The proceedings of Minsk Institute of Management".
He is also a member of the International Academy of Organizational and Administrative Sciences" and is the winner of the Nebolsin Prize introduced by St.Petersburg Professional Education Fund. Dr. Susha had been awarded with the 3rd, 2nd and 1st degree medals "For excellent work". He has also been awarded (in Oxford, Great Britain) with an international Socrates Award. Dr. Susha is a member of the Club of the Rectors of Europe.

First Vice-Rector
Mr. Serguey N. Spirkov

Mr. Spirkov graduated from Minsk VIZRU with a major in radio engineering. He is a candidate of technical sciences and a professor. His former job titles include the head of Engels VZRKU laboratory, a junior scientific assistant, a lecturer and a senior lecturer, a cycle manager and a manager of a scientific research centre. After that he worked as the head of a chair in the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus and a professor in the Institute of Modern Knowledge. From 2000 till 2004 Mr. Spirkov worked as the head of the Business Accounting, Analysis and Auditing chair of the Minsk Institute of Management. In the years 2004 and 2005 he had the position of the Dean of the Accounting and Finance Department. Since July 2005 Mr. Spirkov is the first Vice-Rector of MIM. At the moment he is teaching such modules as statistics theory, social and economic statistics and statistics in industry.
Mr. Spirkov has published over 150 works, including 40 textbooks and educational manuals. Among them there is an ‘Analogue control systems, parts 1 and 2” textbook; an educational complex in “General statistics” and an educational manual in “International Statistics”.

Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Innovation
Mr. Branislau A. Hedranovich

Mr. Hedranovich graduated from Belarusian State University, with a major in mathematics. He is a candidate of economics, associate professor. His former job titles include Cherven District Information and Computing Center as a senior software engineer, deputy director for mathematical methods. After that he worked as teacher of Mathematics and Computer Science. Mr. Hedranovich works at the Minsk Institute of Management: Lecturer, Associate professor, Deputy Head of Department, Dean of Faculty, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Innovation. He is teaching such modules as logistics, basics of information technology.
Mr. Hedranovich has published over 40 works. Among them there is “The control system of the educational activities of the private university”, “Assessment of the competitiveness of high school”.

Vice-Rector for Research and International Affairs
Mrs. Valiantsina V. Hedranovich

Mrs. Hedranovich graduated from Belarusian State University, with a major in mathematics. She is a candidate of pedagogics, associate professor. Her former job titles Cherven District Information and Computing Center at the following positions: Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Deputy Director of mathematical methods. In the years 1987-1994. - Teacher of informatics. Since 1995 he works at the Minsk Institute of Management: Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Department Head, Vice President for Science and International work.
She is teaching such modules as basics of information technology, computer information technology, data storage and processing, financial informatics, etc.
She has published over 60 scientific and methodical works, including: “Strategy Automation Control of cognitive activity on the basis of the information model of the educational process”, “Designing educational environment of high school”, “Qualimetrical tool in the management of educational-cognitive activity of students”.

Vice-Rector in Organizational and Legal Matters
Mr. Yury L. Sivakov

He was born on the 5th of August 1946. Mr. Sivakov started working in 1961. He graduated from the Far Eastern tank military school in 1966 with honours. In 1977 he graduated from the Armoured forces military academy and in 1995 he graduated from the Management Academy of the President of the Republic of Belarus with a major in state management. Mr. Sivakov has a lot of management experience in military forces, in internal affairs institutions as well as in the system of state management of the Republic of Belarus. He started working in MIM in 2002 as an assistant professor of the criminal and labour law chair. His scientific research includes: the problems of training and forming personnel for the state run public authorities; the state system of opposing crime; the esthetics of interpersonal business and social relationships.

Vice-Rector in Economics and Management
Mr. Daniil L. Adamovich

Mr. Adamovich graduated from the Finance and Accounting department of the Belarusian State Economic University in 1994. From 1994 till 1996 he worked as an accountant and a chief accountant in several organizations. From 1996 till 2002 he was the Economics and Finance Vice Rector of MIM and from 2002 till present time Mr. Adamovich has worked as a Vice Rector in Economics and Management.

Vice-rector in Administration
Mr. Boris A. Koosenkov

Mr. Koosenkov was born on the 4th of January 1950. He graduated from Orenburg missile military high school and served at a state proving ground after graduation. In 1995 Mr. Koosenkov got transferred to the reserve from the position of the Chief of Service of Missile artillery equipment. Since 1995 he has worked as the Vice-Rector in Administration at MIM.
